Raw feeding/vaccine free homes are a start but Malinois puppies are not for everyone. I have learned to listen to my gut when placing puppies, because I want the placement to be a permanent thing and a positive experience for the puppy as well as the new owner. When I get emails from people interested in a dog and one of the first questions they ask is "can you tell me what a Malinois is like, I've never seen one before?" I rule that person out. I don't want someone going into this without a clear understanding of what they are in for!!! I understand that everyone needs to start somewhere, but these dogs are not always user friendly (especially as puppies) , even if you have lots of dog experience. I spent 3 years researching before buying my first dog. Just temperaments, info, and quirks of every breed I could find. Geesh. Some dogs hate hats.
