Its my favorite Cheese, and if i get a piece bought over from england for me i treat it as a delicacy, they do not sell it in the Belgium supermarkets, 99% of all cheese over here has no taste in it, well not for me it does not

Cheddar is loaded with salt, but in the kind of amounts you're talking about, I'd be unconcerned.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. Now I have some variety to stick in this ball. If anyone has a extreme high drive dog I highly recommend this gadget. It is in the Leerburg catalog. I have all the dog toys. This one really keeps him occupied for a while. I don't use the Everlocking Treats. My pup chewed through them in no time. Just stuff the center of the ball and freeze. Steve, I hope Santa brings you some cheddar cheese for Christmas. I really relate to food cravings. Lee
