I fed this a while back prior to going raw. Knowing what I know now I would choose something grain free if I fed kibble, but you can do MUCH worse than any Solid Gold product.
Interesting timing in that I just saw a Solid Gold commercial on TV the other day. They are local to me so it was interesting to see a "small" dog food company with a TV ad.

I know they changed the formula's a while back (I stopped using their products over a year ago). I know they are now using tomato pomace in all of their formulas which is just a filler.
I don't like their grain free formula because potatoes (item 3) and potatoe protien (item 4) (whatever that is) are so high on the list. That might not be a grain but it is sure as heck not an animal protien source.
That's just me. As others have said there are a lot worse.
