Have some questions on feeding green tripe once you track some down.
How often do you typically feed it? Daily, few times/week? Do you feed it by itself or mix it in with meat, rmbs, etc? What percent of total diet do you try for?

I would say yes. I know hunters will field dress a deer and leave it hang for hours while they go gor help or truck to bring it in. If thier is snow, so much the better! If your dogs like frozen meat, it could last a while! Just be sure about the game laws.

Here's what I do with a whole deer, goat, sheep, pig...I will skin it, cut off the quarters and loins and any other big chunks of meat that are easy to get to. I'll split the gut pile between the dogs, yes they eat everything. Then I let the bigger dogs chew on any of the bones and meat that I haven't already cut off and put away for later meals.
If you let the dogs have the animal first then they will eat off the big easy parts and you will be left trying to store the scraps.
If you want tripe you might call the local butchers and ask if they gut the animals on the farm or at the locker. If it's on farm ask if there are regular customers that would let you take the tripe from the gut pile. If they bring the guts to the locker they may let you take the whole pile (55 gal can will hold one beef gut pile) because they may not want you opening the guts in their locker (it gets pretty stinky). Then you just have to find someplace to dump the large quantity of stomach contents. A pile of beef guts is more than I want to try to move by myself. I am fairly certain that my local locker would let me take the trash can with the guts and just bring back the empty can (I'm a regular scrounger there). I would have to bring my horse trailer with the ramp to move it. I haven't been that brave yet.

I feed it a few times a week when I can get it, mix it with usually some ground meat and I don't really know what to tell you on percents.
It is more of a special treat really. (for the dogs NOT me... )
From what I know here, local butchers cannot sell it or give it to anyone unless they clean it. It is supposed to be disposed of and they have to put something on it to denature it which helps with the decomposing process. I have a call in to our local inspector to get the name of the stuff they use. But I did just call my butcher and he said it is illegal, punishable by hefty fines and possible shut down if they give or sell it to anyone.

Yeah those people who want to eat those dangerous guts...I'm sure glad the government is watching out for them. I wonder what happened that made guts a controlled substance? Gut junkies selling it in school yards? ROLFLMA
I'll make sure I don't get my butcher in trouble.

A.) is it OK to freeze the tripe and use it that way (I dont see why it wouldnt be; wild animals usually eat frozen food in winter, talk about freezer burn!)
B.) How much at a time would one dog (80 lbs) get, and how often?
C.) what are the pros and cons of canned tripe.
D.) someone mentioned the tripe cubes, are they alright to feed or are they as nutritionless as the beached tripe?

Yep.

First I would feed a small amount to make sure his bowel tolerates it O.K. If it does you can increase the amount. Some people feed a little everyday. I like to feed it as a whole meal or days worth of food in one big piece once or twice a week. You can really do whatever you want. Its good stuff.

We're talkin' about canned *green* tripe, right? I believe the canned tripe is ground. The only pro I can think of is that its tripe. The con for me would be that it is ground. Tripe is tough and chewy. I don't like taking away all that flossing and enjoyment a dog would get from ripping and tearing it's food. Also, with a gulper I feel ground puts it in a form more easily inhaled.

Haven't heard of 'em. If it is for human consumption its worthless to your dog.
