She is 7 lbs x 16(oz) = 112 (oz) x 5% = 5.6 (oz) low end to 10% = 11.2 (oz) high end.
This is a wide range (5%-10% for puppies) and her expected weight range is 10-12 lbs, so do I feed her for puppy size (7mo, small breed)?
Also, I have been feeding about 4 oz per feeding. Once again, I am eyeballing. (Why do I feel like I got called into the principal's office when I say eyeballing?)
Just a update
She ate breakfast this morning
And boy did she eat
it was gone she ate the raw and looked at me do I have to eat the kibble look.
So I think she is ok now

Nora, you might feed 2 to 3% of her expected weight or 5 to 10% of her present puppy weight.
Since she refused part of the meal, why not go to the lower end and feed 3 ounces per meal (which still fits into those broadlines). Watch her body more than your numbers. Is she growing and looking good around the middle? Then good!

Connie, once again, you point out the obvious to me. I will feed her on the LOW end of the puppy measurement. I think I just over fed her. Especially after the constipation. I was trying to get her to eat softer things to get it all going again.
She is growing, playful, never runs out of energy.
Did I read correctly thay you always feed small dogs twice a day?
Connie, she didn't eat again this am. I gave her chicken breat (whole boneless, but only about 2 oz). She dragged it out of her dish and sniffed a little but didn't eat, so I took it up.
I finally went back out to the store today (you can tell I don't like to go out much) and got some more ground turkey.
Her poop is a little log but still pretty firm so I am thinking I need to keep her off bones a few more days.

I think that when her poops are perfect formed-but-not-hard logs (probably today or tomorrow) then you can re-introduce bone slowly.... get those bone enzymes going.

Oh, and I think that I mentioned that boneless poultry seems to have a suspicious texture to some dogs who are new to raw, where ground doesn't. Then when they are used to everything, it all works.
