Oh, I'd love to go, but all I could do is watch you sporting folks. =P It's only like a 3.5 hour drive, too.
You can really learn a lot by spectating (and perhaps be converted to sport!!!)
Ellis is an amazing teacher of all things dog. Just one example, a 4 year old SAR beagle who *would not lay down* (owners tried and tried to no avail) and Ellis had that dog in platz after about 30-40 seconds...there *was* a trick to it!
Not to mention, Wisconsin is a beautiful state and it makes for great roadtripping.
Really? For some reason I thought it took longer than that. Maybe you drive fast
Alright, alright, I'll go. Next paycheck =) I might even bring my silly old dog.
Michele: Oh yeah, WI is great in July; the humidity's so high it feels like you're taking a shower when you walk outside and the giant mosquitoes like to swarm you. =) =) Hope I'm not chasing anyone away, hahaha.
Maybe where Ashley lives the mosquitoes are bad but quite honestly we don't have them. I am serious.
we live on the highest point in the county, there's almost always a breeze and I don't think I have been bitten by a mosquito more than once or twice in the last 5 years. We sit out on our deck all summer and fall, no screens and no bug repellent. We eat dinner out there every night too, it's really great! We do get those annoying black gnats during the spring... I hate those.
Madison's weather is a lot like Chicago's and ours is a bit different. I moved here from 2 hours east of Chicago and the weather here is much better.
We may have humidity in July or it may be sweatshirt weather.... who knows? Either way we are going to have a lot of fun
Like Michelle mentioned, Michael is not just a biting sport dog trainer.... I took one of my Corgis to work with him a few years ago.
Cindy's right. I have for a couple of years just done obedience with a couple extra obedience sessions in the day instead of obedience and protection. I recommend him to all my obedience friends as he is a fantastic trainer and his obedience work easily transfers to AKC. He is just an all around awesome trainer to work with.

You don't have mosquitoes?! Let me pack my stuff, I'm moving! During the summer I get bit constantly and the bites swell up to the size of a quarter. And the weather is better up there? That's just not fair =p
