When my dog was about 7 mo.old (I could have that wrong) He had an episode like this in the middle of the night. Horrible watery diarrhea, lots of vomiting. I took him to the vet first thing in the am. He had no fever of other symptoms. The vet said sometimes they eat something that causes a "blowout" and their body violently rids itself of it. We put him on a bland diet of chicken and rice for a while, and I gave him baited water (boiled with a small amount of chicken in it). He was fine.
I AM NOT TELLING YOU NOT TO GO TO THE VET
just don't necessarily panic, he will most likely be fine.

the Activa was plain and white now it may have had sugar in it I dont know for sure but it was not at all flavored and didnt taste that great when i tryed it yeasterday she is going to the vet after lunch for a nosusia shot to hopfully let her keep something down.
Don't know anything about the shot she's recieving, but I think you've done the right thing. The dog is losing all her fluids and not taking any back in. I'll keep my fingers crossed that it's all minor and she's back to normal tomorrow.

You absolutely did the right thing. It is a life-threatening situation, when a dog (particularly a puppy) loses fluids and takes none back in for 24 hours.
You did right.
If it was an episode that was OK by morning, that'd be different, but even then you would have to see that the dog had started to hold fluids down.

Thank you all for your help. Greta was sleeping when I went home for lunch. Woke up to great me but over all you could tell by her look she was saying I have had a hell of a morning lol. Well she slept all lunch hour my wife was still going to take her to the vet, but when she woke Greta up to go outside before the car ride Greta desided it was time to chase birds again, and hasnt thrown up sence. Oh and I think their was alittle bit of a misunderstanding this morning she had not gone with out water for 24 hours only about 3 to 4. At 24 and throwning up I would have put an IV in her myself .
I wanted to sencerly thank you all for your help.
The bigest problem was that Greta's was out of town and we had some vet tech telling us oh yeah yogurt will do that.
Then my wife called our other vet and she wasnt in yet so her vet tech said the same thing.
Once we finally got our other vet on the phone she agreed with what I thought and you said that yogurt shouldnt have done this and if we couldnt stop the vomiting to get her right up thier. but forturnatly the vomiteing stoped.
Whew.
I'm glad it was more of a misunderstanding then anything else! (big smiles here)
I still think you made the right decision to set up the vet visit in case it was needed. It can all happen very fast with puppies.
Wishing you many miles to come for you and your dog.
Thanks for the up date.
