Lauren's analysis is exactly correct, this bitch should not be used for breeding.
Please, if you want to get into breeding, spend a lot more time working with a good mentor who understands temperament. You can probably find several right here.
I sure would not rely on the breeder who bred your female to give you an accurate opinion as to her temperament.
The dog will be euthanized by it's owners because it freaks out at the world. This will probably be before a year of age and hopefully before it bites someone and causes them to need multiple surgeries to reconstruct their face/hand/whatever. Any pup that scared of something so normal that young has a very serious problem.
If the pup is not lucky, the owners will lock it in a pen in the back yard without any contact and it will have to live with it's own twisted version of reality, the worst life a dog like this could possibly have.

Nothing more HORRIBLE could happen then this. A life of being kept in a yard or pen without human contact is extremely cruel. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />
Everyone's post should be heeded. Not every dog owner should be breeding litters for whatever reason. We have way too many litters that are planned turn out only medicore K-9's.
I just also want to add that I have followed EVERYONES advice in this group...
I have done the positive training as I was told
and done the limited registration so that the pups could not be registered as a purebred if the new buyers wanted to breed them.

I have not put so much time into learning about this breed for some knuckhead to tell me to stop learning and caring just because I started out weak! He said breeding; not caring nor learning.

I have not put so much time into learning about this breed for some knuckhead to tell me to stop learning and caring just because I started out weak! Tammy, you are not following everyone's advice. Don't kid yourself. You really need to find a mentor so that you can learn from them. If you try to learn the hard way you will just be another reason that dogs are killed at the shelters every day.
I suggest that you start fostering for the local shelter and training the dogs because you need to learn more about temperment. Spay the female, and once you have trained dogs and learned from a mentor for a couple of years start off with a clean slate. You will not get anywhere by breeding her. Too many perfectly healthy dogs with good temperments die in shelters to breed questionable (at best) pets. Learn about titling, OFA, CERF, etc.
I noticed your signature. If you really are a Christian then you not only have a responsibility to the dogs, but to God to do the very best you can. To do anything that might possibly cause harm to the dogs is to insult the creater Himself. I strongly feel that includes causing harm by bringing dogs into the world that do not have everything possible going for them (like tempermentally and structurally sound OFAed parents).

I mean no disrespect. I have spent at least 40,000 dollars over the last five years trying to breed good dogs. I have bred to dogs that are theoretically good dogs. World Sieger, Universal Siegers from US and Germany. World team competitor. I still have a lot to learn and am not going to breed much if at all again.
If you are really commited to spending 10's of thousands of dollars for dogs. Hours a day in schutzhund training and trialing. Many hours a week in research for breeding. Thousands of dollars a breeding for shiping and vet bills.
All for the purpose of only furthering the breed. Then you are a person who should consider breeding.
I forgot to add that some of the most knowledgable, caring dogs people I have met do NOT breed dogs. Breeding dogs is not related to caring about them, and breeding dogs does NOT make you a better dog person.
Caring and knowledge are knowing when NOT to breed.
Caring and knowledge are listening to what you don't want to hear.
Caring and knowledge are putting everything you have into your dogs and never expecting anything in return from them (especially not money from selling puppies) other than a wonderful bond.
If you want to make money off of dogs, become a behaviorist. There are way too many ill tempered dogs out there because of the average
"breeder's" complete lack of knowledge of good temperment.
