LOL!! I like your pic, Danke and Gretta sound very similar. That's Gretta with her foot in the bowl..except in the tubs outside her head is in it.
When she was a little pup, the very first time we went to the lake by our house, she almost drowned me. She discovered the body of water, she would jump in, jump out, jump in, jump out, jump in, jump out. I wasn't prepared for this as I had on flip flops and we were on this rocky bank. By the time I had her under control, I was as soaked as she was, scratched up. It was an experience to say the least.
I like the idea of bowl inside on a stand. That will help in the house.
And the tub, definitely is her next bathing area. I think this will be good because she does like to get soaked in her wading pool so this is good advice.
You guys are great! (My husband graciously says "THANK YOU!")
Molly likes to play with the hose too. When I give her a bath I play around with the hose until she is well soaked then call her over and put the shampoo on her by petting her. Once she is soaped up I let her play in the hose until she is rinsed off. She also does the water biting thing in her pool.

We use the hose for water play in the summer. All of our dogs go ballistic at the site of the hose and would go after it until they pass out if we let them. We also teach them to "Aus" the water just like anything else. When we put them in the tub to wash, we tell them aus, and even put them on a down to wash them if need be. It takes a bit of training but it is a very useful tool during bath time.
One of my Beaucerons went for the pressure washer once. I had house painters here and they were prepping the house and it never even occurred to me (dumba**) that she would see the pressure washer as just another hose. Anyway, she ended up having to get her mouth surgically repaired. It took her about a week to get over it and go for the hose again! The house painter was traumatized for life.
