If Aruba is anything like Curacao, there are hundreds of stray dogs all over the place (knoekhondjes) and the police will put no priority whatsoever on a dog attack report of another officers dog. They'd rather drive through the market with their feet up on the dash cranking music and having fun. Its the Caribbean man, reelllaaxxxx People have bars on their windows for a reason. We had two dobermans in a fenced in yard to guard the property in Curacao. As for dominance, if you look at the way dogs dominate other dogs, little has to do with using the mouth, a lot has to do with taking the dog down and pinning him, or circling around him pushing the other dog down when they try to get up again. A muzzle doesn't take away the dogs ability to dominate, it just hinders his ability to bite.
