Hee-Hee! And what a pup he is!!! I told him he was famous the day I got the catalog. smiley for :grin:

He came from an accidental breeding on a farm out West of here. The people knew the dad was purebred beagle (saw the dad) and mom was a BC mixed with something they did not know what...looking at Huck, I filled in the blank. smiley for :)

This pointy eared mutt is being trained with markers and is doing a great job. We are also training in SchH for fun, and so far, he's got the intelligence of the BC for OB, the nose of the beagle for tracking, and the bite of the heeler in protection. smiley for :whistle:

We will see how it goes, (currently missing all 4 canines!!! Teething!) It's all about fun though, right??? smiley for :grin:

Glad you like him Nora--you can search out BC/heeler mixes--there's a lot of them, or just go for a full heeler (ACD). I know Ingrid Rosenquist from the board here may be able to point you in the right direction. She has some great looking ACD's.
