Eric Sacks Webboard User Reg: 06-18-2008 Posts: 230 Loc: Honolulu, Hawaii Offline	My wife's mother is Thai so every year we have a full Thai meal (her Mom used to own a Thai restaurant) in addition to the standard Haole fare of Turkey, Ham, mashed potatoes, stuffing, etc. A sample Thai menu: Pad Thai noodles Shrimp Spring rolls with pineapple/orange/hot pepper dipping sauce Panang Yellow, Red or Green Curry Sumtum (green papaya salad) Chicken satay Lime/Chicken Salad (and for me) Okinawan (purple) Sweet Potatoes (one of my favorite) All of it with TONS of HOT chili peppers .....YUM As we say here in Hawaii...."Eat till you Sleep" http://web.mac.com/spacecadet808/Site/Cleos_Page.html

My wife traditionally makes Pesole during Christmas. I don't eat it, but it always means a good pork roast for me. DFrost Any behavior that is reinforced is more likely to occur again.
