If the mouthiness is so bad that you're wearing band aids applying Bitter Apple to your hands can deter them for a few minutes. It only works for a few minutes though. Long enough to redirect to a toy. Keep toys everywhere in the house so you always have one somewhat within reach. They taste your hands(yuck! reaction) and you then get to praise them for releasing your hand and can more easily redirect them. Just be careful where you put your hands on the toy or the toy will start to taste like bitter apple too.
