It's not bad at all. Very interesting. More about how these companies that mass produce these puppies for profit and sell them in large quantities to places like the one I saw.
Yes, that's the one I meant. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it made it seem like puppy mills are America's problem, completely ignoring the 400,000 milled puppies exported by Quebec every year (which has almost no regulations for "commercial breeding") not to mention the other Canadian provinces. The show made it seem like as long as your pet store puppy didn't come from the States you are fine. We are no better than the US. HOWEVER... it was still very educational and eye-opening and I'm glad they did it.
I was reading the article about the two-nosed rabbit 'discovered' in a pet shop this morning, and was thinking about this. No mention of how SAD it is nobody noticed it had 2 noses until it was in the pet shop. Let alone the big ills of puppy mills and the mills for other animals. Grrr indeed.
