Lamarr,
You have received some excellent advice in this thread. I would go back and read it repeatedly over the course of your endeavor. Stay true to what you want.
A couple of places that you could begin looking are: http://www.usrconline.org/
and,
Another source that I would look in to is Joseph Mravik of Eurosport K-9. They are a German Shepherd kennel in Slovakia (and here in the U.S.), but, Joseph was heavily involved with Rottweilers previously. He may be a very good source of info for you.
Thank you very much so for all the words and encouragement and giving me a a more directed direction to go in. And yes definitely, I already have a little monster on my hands at the moment and I have quite a few years and plans to take care of even before I go 100% into importing a dog. But this will definitely be printed and saved so when the time comes I can have some good notes to keep track of.
I will not change what I want and expect in an dog let alone an import, unless it was in my eyes an improvement of what I originally had in mind. I find that this thread is a great source of information whether I am going to buy from a breeder here in the states or overseas so I will definitely be looking at this thread constantly. I will also pass this on to who ever may be inquiring the same as me. Thanks again.
