Meant to add that yes, they do have a right to choose who they fly, but it would probably be in everyone's best interest to make that decision based upon a universal set of criteria, and not on looks, which is basically what they're going. How do they verify what is and is not a Pit?
That is a very good question, one that affects a lot of dogs that don't have a drop of pit in them. There was a post just a few weeks ago about a white boxer that was deemed a pit by some very ignorant people, and rather than admit the mistake they fought it all the way.
Insanity is hereditary, you get it from your children.

I only posted because it was something I was unaware of. I know there are regulations in cities, certain housing, and insurance policies. But I didn't know it was spreading to larger companies. I should have titled this "Did you know this unfortunate lack of information is spreading higher up in business?" I'm not trying to get their attention or start a group to boycott Continental. I was just saying I didn't know these embargos existed, and it's a bummer.
We flew with our lab in '76. She was flipping out on the tarmac and didn't seem to recongize us until we got her out of the crate. She was growling and baring teeth. I was 10 and actually afraid of her. My point is that they all may freak out a bit. And if the people are afraid of bully breeds due to the hoopla they could make it worse.
