Just another way for Big Brother to watch & control.
I'm all for putting the puppy mills out of business,(but know that realistically it won't ever happen)..but we all know that, as stated, they don't follow the laws now; what makes anyone think that the new laws will change that. This will mostly effect the good responsible small breeders the most in a negative way. And how many additional tax $$$ will it take to 'police' these new laws.
I agree with you Anne, these types of laws always seem to hurt the ones that are good responsible breeders.
I can not imagine how much this will cost to enforce!
