Just bumping this up to see if I can get any critique on what I've decided to order:
More chicken backs, ground turkey (thigh meat with 15% neck bones), and maybe pork neck bones or duck necks or another RMB. What do you all think? I may not order extra RMBs - it depends on whether or not I get an extra freezer. My friend works at an appliance store and is going to try and get me a good deal on a floor model. I'm very excited!
Also, what to do about veggie glop.... does everyone here feed it? I was considering always using THK as a veggie source, since I don't have a processor. Or should I feed tripe? Some books say they feed veggies every day, others only a few times a week. What's your protocol?

One more thing... how long should I wait after we finish the box of THK before adding organ meat? Do you think I'll be okay waiting until next month to order organ meat? The THK *should* last until then but I can't guarantee.

Since I'm very familiar with SoCalBARF I'll give my opinions to you on the products you've listed. There are 2 different places on the order form for ground turkey. The product in the 'Turkey' section is .65 per lb less than the product in the 'Ground' section. However, they are different products so you'll want to check into that. Pork neck bones are very sharp. My dogs love them but they scare me and I don't feed them anymore. I feed Pork Brisket Bones instead. The one or two times I got the duck necks there was too much skin on them which I ended up taking off but I think they're popular so it's probably a good idea to post another question on the SoCalBARF forum to get input from people who feed it frequently.

I stopped making veggie glop a while ago and replaced it with green tripe which can be ordered every other month through SoCalBARF.

On a daily basis, green tripe is 15% of my dogs diet. It's very good for them and they love it. You need to prepare yourself for the stink though. I describe it as cow manure X 25.
I want to get the goat!! You get the whole thing! I REALLY need a bigger freezer though. I should get on that this weekend...
I bought the goat a few times and my dogs love it, however, very few of the bones are consumable. I usually end up scraping off as much meat as possible and feeding as muscle. It's a 6-way cut goat.
