seriously, rabies is nothing to mess around with. Regarding titers and rabies, I don't think there is any state that will accept a titer.
And a reminder for those folks in states who have an option for a 3 year or 1 year vaccine; request the 3 year vaccine...
Some vet's offices will only offer the 1 year (mine was one of those, even when I requested the 3 year; so I closed my account and found a holistic vet that was fine with minimal vaccines)
