I will put her on the NILIF programm but how can i teach her basic obedience if she doesnt want to play, eat from me. I will take the steps told by you and i would definetly like to make some agility equipment. we dont have it here. if u can guide me how to make some esy equipment that will be great.
It really doesn't matter what she does and it's ok for you to help her succeed. You can help her sit or even just let her stand (give the stand command while she's just standing there by chance and quietly praise her). The important thing at this stage is that you set her up for small successes.
As far as agility equipment goes you don't have to be fancy or have "official" equipment. Plungers can become weave poles; a broom placed on some bricks or boards can be a jump; a few boards placed in arow can be a broad jump; a board placed across a brick or other board can be a teeter-totter; a pause table can be a simple rug, etc. Just use your imagination and make up "equipment." Her successes in conquering her fears are the important things. If you eventually want real equipment, just Google "agility equipment" or "backyard agility equipment" (without the quotes) for sources where to purchase or how to make your own.
For the basic obedience, just let that go for now but use opportunities such as when you see her doing something such as going into a sit to quietly tell her sit just as she's completing the action and then praising her. When she's tethered to you and happens to be in heel position, quietly just say "heel" and "good heel." Baby baby steps, lots of patience. This is going to take months of work.
