I agree with Tammy about working her around the computer during the day. Putting a blanket over the computer is just a band aid. She will never really work through the fear and you will have to remember to cover the dang thing up every night.
So I would use the computer as a "target" and do some marker training getting her to touch the computer while on and off. Put some music on it, soft at first then slowly getting louder as she gets more comfortable around it.
Here are some things she can do:
Touch tower with her nose.
Touch monitor with her nose.
Paw on tower.
Pull the tower out and get her to go around the tower, left and right.
Once she can do everything during the day, try a few short sessions before bed so she can start to work around it at night.
Good luck and hopefully you have gotten some sleep!
Hi again: Well I tried a drape in front of the computer hoping
that would work. It Didn't. I worked with her during the day
and my husband worked on the compter when he got home and Luna
was fine. However, when its time for bed she's okay until she
moves over to hubbies side and then growl, bark bark at 3;30am.
I think I just have to keep working at it. There is something
about the dark, or the light from the computer in the dark. We
finally overcame thunder so I am hopeful, Lightning still a
problem though not huge. Thanks for all the suggestions.

perhaps the computer itself makes a noise that her ears are sensitive to that you can't hear? (the fan? the hard drive? Does your computer have a virus scan or auto update that is scheduled in the middle of the night that might make it hum?)
What if you turned the computer off at night, or even unplugged it?
Betty, I have a piece of blue painter's tape just over my lighted part on my computer in my bedroom.Just for me because I like as much darkness in the room as I can get, It covers the light, and that is all. Luckily it doesn't make much noise at night.
It is just something I thought was worth mentioning.
But it could be as Aaron suggested and there might be some sound that your dog is picking up.
But the tape is worth a try, and it sure helps to darken the room, and also keeps the computer able to stay cool.
I think I will try to shut off the compter and see what happens,
I think she just sees a big dark (elephant) so to speak and
has a hissy fit. If I tell her to come over by me and lay down
she does but when I fall asleep she gets up and wants to go
around to hubbies side and then it starts all over again, bark,
growl, bark growl. Nope, not getting a good night sleep but this
has to be conquered.
