We understand you don't have the finance that most of our cliental do we will work with you, sorry for your financial problems. We have to set up a time line 72 hours to pick up the dog. Poor dog we should of understood how your knowledge and uneducated you where of a fine dog of this breed. After 72 hours are up we keep the dog and all contracts are off. We never had a show dog E-Mail in writing you can see what we train the sire is a IMPORT and in there country they have show and working in each dog. they don't breed rugs. so let get this done Sincerely, Bryan

Thanks for reply. I am trying to make an appointment with the county court advisor about this matter.I asked a lawyer and she was totally supporting us bring these guys to small claim.
It's not about the money we paid or pay them tips of $300 as their requests. It's the way they play games changing stories and telling us we are a fool. I felt offense about they mentioned about my financial problem ??? I have never say I have financial problem, I just simply don't want them to make more money at all on top of $1150 they took from us and gave us a puppy with mental refliction.

Imports are always... questionable. A lot of times they get imported because the SV won't let them breed in Germany.
I know nothing about this breeder... but in the future, you might stick to breeders that have more info available about their dogs, on their site.
I kind of got a chuckle at the Norbo Obedience videos.
The level of handler help was... absurd.
The bitework is even worse.

Lol, I don't think he should be tossing the word uneducated around. I don't know that you stand a very good chance of getting your money back Greg. It sounds like you have 2 choices, walk away and lose your money or take the pup and see if you can live with her.
Have you thought about taking her and looking for some help?
