..I actually have been meaning to order some THK for some variety ...
I got my first box of THK Zeal today. It looks and smells great. There's a recipe on the side for "bites" (treats) that uses a can of tuna, but I'm going to use a can of salmon.
My dogs are getting a little Zeal "gravy" over their food tonight, in a few minutes. (It's rehydrating.)
(Thank you again...learn something new everyday, best part of the journey IMHO!)
P.S. I just recommended Zeal to a friend and her four dogs are doing wonderfully on it. She is not wanting to feed raw and has a boy with allergies. It has been a perfect fit

I'll bet. It has the best I.L. I've ever seen on a dog food for "sensitive stomachs."
I wanted it because of the awesome variety. I was already giving a little raw coconut oil (very spendy, BTW) and now here's a chance to give the whole thing without having it sweetened or high-heat dehydrated.

Here is how the the Zeal "gravy" went over: unanimous approval, one to the point of tipping the dish a little to get any that might have gotten under it. LOL
Now they are right here staring at me. Not sure what that means. Maybe "Is there any more?"

Next thing you know, they'll be bringing you their bowls!

PS
I shared the box of Zeal with a friend dog-owner. It's expensive, yes, but I think that ingredient list completely justifies it. And splitting it half and half made it painless.

Good thinking...I was debating on asking for some for Christmas. You know, in addition to the two LB DVDS I asked for, the new dog crate for my van, bully sticks (really!), and the list goes on.
My hubby said to me that he refuses to get me anything dog (what a party pooper!), asked me what I wanted, and I can't come up with a darn thing!
