I love really nice leather blingy collars but could never afford....or should I say wouldn't spend hundreds on a collar. Try the ebay section of custom collars, or look up BB Simon collars. I really like the western concho look on my dogs as it goes with my horses (who I am more willing to spend hundreds on bridles for). I only get the SmartPak horse catalogs, so guess I'll have to look at the dog section as that english leather is so nice to the touch. I got a really nice wide leather, silver dotted and bling collar with silver buckle and keeper off ebay for $14.99 brand new which I guess is more along some of our price tag.
Oh, an addition are the Steve Guitron horsehair braided collars and leads with silver beads and conchos. The horse hair may be dyed to different colors then is braided and sewn onto a leather buckle collar or martingale leads are braided with beads slipped along the braids. Again, pretty reasonable. Boght 2 at $45,00 each. The BB Simon run about $60 and look like facy barrel racer belts.
I have several Guitron leads (both kangaroo and horse hair) as well as one of his braided horse hair collars in the turqoise and purple braid colors :-) His website is here:
Ingrid - Glad someone else likes what I like! His dad, Benny, braids or "hitches" also, but is a big cowhorse trainer. Steve makes some of the bigger horse shows but says he has actually been doing better with the dog people! One of mine is mostly neutrals, the other is primarily turquoise.

The dog show people LOVE him :-) I have a turqoise and tan kangaroo show lead for Sinjin, a chesnut kangaroo lead for an extra show lead, and a purple with silver barrels show lead for Frost. Not really a silver barrel type person but it was the only one they had in stock in purple and the woman who attends the shows thought they might be permanently out of that color.
I also have the aforementioned horse hair collar as well as a black and tan braided lead that can be seen in this photo of Poe and I from last year:
