yes a little urgency when i took her out this morning, first still lumped together then softened before she finished. didnt get to her in time in her ex pen close to an hr later and didnt see her go...been in her crate since and gonna take her out now see what she does. (took her out once earlier, a little after she went inside, and she did nothing. we'll see what happens now) Yeah. Let's see what happens before we decide on feeding or not.
We're dealing with a growing puppy. Don't really want to fast them, IMO, but we don't want to worsen any stomach upset. Both are unproductive.
No big deal. You'll get this under control. This is just a little glitch.

Ditto. And as posted earlier, you will never see new-food-related diarrhea if you add every new item in little increments, watching the poop.
A new no-bone meat (or organ) is not only added in small amounts, but then not re-added until the poop after the first addition is seen.
It makes everything so easy ... never have to deal with "fixing" pudding poop because you never see it.
But yep, it's a minor glitch.

k...is it cuz its heart or thats its just alot of a new meat? Both.
Heart really isn't all that fatty, but it does have more than say a chicken breast. Red meat in general is going to have more fat content than white meat.
Fat isn't a bad thing, but too much, especially in a new to raw dog, can trigger diarrhea. Later on, as long as the amounts aren't amazingly excessive, you won't have to worry about it.
And anything new needs to be "tested" and built up to before you go all in.

Heart is fine, IMO. I'm pretty sure that it is going to have less fat than ground beef, so that's even better for a new food.
Lets see what others think, but I would probably start with an ounce in a meal to begin. Wait, see a good poop or 2, and try again with 2 ounces.
Heart wasn't the mistake. The mistake was just adding too much.
Some adult, raw veterans couldn't even have 1/2 their meal as heart. Or 1/2 as boneless meat, for that matter.
