Maybe a little. It was more about me going with him and rewarding for the jump itself a couple of times.
I also didn't ask him to do a perfect terminal behavior on the touchpads because he is still a little confused between Indicate (article indication - it's just like a tiny touchpad) and Touch. It probably didn't help that I used the same "Where Is It?" cue for send-aways AND making him focus on the article.
I am thinking about alternating article indication sessions and touchpad sessions to make the difference very clear.
Those are the kind of things that make it fun, I think. A great dog like Haydn gives you plenty of opportunities to figure out whats going to work and fix things.
