BC weather is funny right now. We had beautiful weather for hiking but when we got back to our picnic area, we got quite the storm – for about 10 minutes and then the sun was out in full force.

This is chunky Chucky (I’m working on him) our guest for the next few months.

They’re all hovering around me demanding every little piece of me they can get. It ain’t working though, I’m focused on typing and they’re all on IGNORE. Get that nose out of my ear….

The spread was really tasty though - Bob’s a good cook. Fried chicken, macaroni salad and hot dogs. He didn’t bake me a cake (not much of sweets person anyway) but I remember a large bag of M&M’s making the rounds later in the evening.

Aaron, the boys gave me a good workout, track pants full of hair and the best behavior I could have asked for. The best gifts of all.

Bob’s heading out to do a bit of work at the property and bringing the boys with him so I’m crawling back into bed and hope my stomach settles in a fews hours.
