I'm hoping for good longevity too -- both of the stud's parents lived to be over 14. Nikki's lines also have a number of longer-lived dogs. Hopefully in 2025, I'll have a good report.

Annabelle is trained as my personal protection dog and cross trained in tracking/trailing. She does not have any sport titles.
Annabelle's oldest litter is 3. A couple of the younger pups are training in various sports with their owners and may or may not be titled. A couple of her older pups are trained in personal protection.

Betty, the pedigree needs updating, Tasha has her BH ( you were at that trial, remember? ) and Fetz is a SchH II.
Frannie has her "Herding Instinct" certificate from the AKC, that's the test to pass to enter the actual Herding test ( as far as I was told, but it's OB from here on out as that's the only dog training that I can get to within a 2 1/2 hour drive ).

The Weasel and I went to Georgia last month for her date with Beau. Judging by her size and her martyred sighs all went well and we should have a litter about mid December.
Bo's breeder, Kevin, was a wonderful host and has some very impressive dogs.
The neat thing was that he had a litter by Annabelle's litter sister and the same male and I was able to spend some time with them. At 8 weeks old I liked everything I saw. I know Kevin has held one back and I'm really looking forward to seeing her grow and mature.
It's hard to believe that this will most likely be Annabelle's last litter. She has given us some outstanding pups and has earned her place guarding the couch 10 times over.
