Remi seriously looks like he's wearing a big furry black cap. What a head of hair. In the "learned something new" department, I did not know that any variety of poodle came in parti-color!
In my brief investigation of poodles, I found out that the ORIGINAL color of poodles was 'parti-color' and somewhere along the line some breeders just unilaterally decided the PROPER colors would be solid only. So they bred out the white and X color, until it's not even an accepted color in the AKC ring. UKC accepts them to show however.
