.. most GSD regardless of pedigree do no work. .... The working line distinction means nothing in fact .. it is a political term rather than a biological one.
Many of the members here own working GSDs. The owner of this board bred working GSDs for many years. By "working," I mean "working line" and "doing work."
This post seems to me to be more of a strange insult to the owner of the board and many of its members than any kind of a contribution.

What Steve said. These are West German Showline dogs. But I agree - you're in good hands with Carl!
Yes yes!
Seriously, just because your dog is showlines doesn't mean it can't compete and enjoy competing. Carl and the rest of the club are great people and I know they'll be willing to help you.
So my next dog (years from now), what do I look for in the titles? Or what do I look for in general? I really thought the SCHH3's meant working breed line.
For the most part, ignore breeders claims online. You'll be amazed at how many don't actually do anything with their politcally termed working lines.
You'll get to know people and breeders as you train and attend different things and personnal contact, I think is the best way to find someone to get a dog through.

The guy at your club, Carl (as well as other people you will encounter), can pbly show you the difference between a working line dog and a showline dog, and maybe even help you to learn the names in the pedigrees.
I've only been involved with GSDs for a little over two years, but am already learning to spot the differences. I don't know much about pedigrees, but as soon as I opened the link and saw the photo of your dog and the pedigree, I suspected what Steve and Katie confirmed.
Everything Mr. Finley says is politically motivated and biased. As Connie said, he is just here to slam anyone who doesn't fit in his pocket.
You can search the internet yourself and you will find tons of factual scientific info on the anatomical differences between show lines and working lines, complete with how angulation is measured and how angulation affects gait (which is the reason the WUSV set up the breed standards to feature this angulation; it looks good when the breed competes in conformance shows, especially against other breeds, where the GSD is losing the favor it once held).
