One dog is OK, right?
And the other one was on strong pain meds or antibiotics? Which one (antibiotics or pain med)? And is it done now?
Did this dog have perfect firm log poops on kibble?
And now yellow soft poop? Does it have an unusual odor?
Did this dog change to raw during the medication?
Is there straining to poop?
This color is not suggesting diet change to me. Is it every day? For how long now? How long since the dog has had a normal brown log?
Is this dog maintaining weight?
Acting normal?
Also, in original post, "the vet told me that a life time with dietary supplement will help her skin."
What was the supplement the vet was suggesting?
Also, has the vet seen a sample of this yellow poop?

Yes sookie is ok.
And the other one was on strong pain meds or antibiotics? Which one (antibiotics or pain med)? And is it done now?
She used strong pain meds, but the vet give us way to much for her size and upset her tummy, she actually got worse when we tryied homeopatic meds. Shes done with all that and has been for about 6 months.
Did this dog have perfect firm log poops on kibble?
Yes, a little soft somethimes but nothing too loose.
And now yellow soft poop? Does it have an unusual odor?
Yellow, like puddin with pieces of soft but poop shape, No, but today i found some mocus in one of the feces, it was weird, one part was perfectly fine and just on the side some mucus with a bit of odor.
Did this dog change to raw during the medication?
No
Is there straining to poop?
No, she actually poops just fine.
This color is not suggesting diet change to me. Is it every day? For how long now? How long since the dog has had a normal brown log?
Hmmm todays poop was normal color to me, but yesterday on the park her poop was yellow but not puddin. Hmm Before the change she has normal brow poop.
She hasnt lose any weight, as a matter of fact i saw her chubbyier than before.
Shes the coach potato in the house and the bullet on the park, training or playing that normaly she is.
About the supplement it was the bayer ones(yellow ones)
and no i havent went to the vet about the poop because to me (a student of vet), its not anormal, it has no bad odor sugesting bacteria or parasites, not eggs visible (yes i moved the poop and saw the texture and all). I used the microscope of my sister and found nothing weird or problematic.
Thats why i asked here about the color. Thanks for the responses and i hope taht this info helps a bit.

Is she eating pumpkin or anything that might sporadically change the color? Is she eating anything the other dog is not? Any meds the other dog is not on?
You mentioned a picture before. Yes, a picture would be good. Color is so subjective. It would be good if we could see a yellow sample.
"Hmmm todays poop was normal color to me, but yesterday on the park her poop was yellow but not puddin."
The brown poop today ... was it well-formed? A log?
"About the supplement it was the bayer ones(yellow ones)" .... but what? Bayer is a big pharmaceutical house and they make a lot of vet meds. Since skin was mentioned, was it a multi-vitamin? An omega-3 supplement? An anti-fungal?
What breed is Havanna (the one with the poop issues and skin yeast)?

Shes an american pit bull terrier, yes the omega multi-vitamin one from bayer, i think it was the change, a while back she pooped and all seems normal now... a bit loose but not yellow but brownish inested. I will take a pic. but i think that she takes a bit more time to get used to the raw....And shes not eating any vegetables.

That's good news!
Chicken backs are not low in calcium/bone. Loose poops on chicken backs would usually be from too much food per meal rather than a need for more calcium. (But the color wouldn't change.)
I wouldn't add the next item until the poops were good logs. These are not growing puppies, so there's some calcium wiggle-room.
If you keep us posted, we'll guide you along if you like. There are many very experienced and educated raw feeders here.

You are giving backs plus part of the meatless breast frame? Is that it?
What amount are you giving each dog? That is, what does the dog weigh and what weight of RMBs are you giving at each meal? Is it two meals a day?
Chicken backs vary a LOT in size, so "one back" or "two backs" doesn't mean much.
The one who is doing great, this dog has no added muscle meat? Just backs?
Here is how I generally start a dog on raw. I give backs, which I peel the skin and fat from until I see the first poops. I give smaller meals than normal until we see the poops because too much food at once is probably number one of the common new-raw diarrhea triggers. (Number two is too much variety all added at once, particularly organ meat and other rich foods like canned fish.)
Then I add some muscle meat, usually the same as the RMB animal, just at first.
Not until I see perfect poops on these two things do I start gradually adding the rest, one at a time.
Here is the proportion of RMBs to muscle meat I aim to end up with:
http://leerburg.com/webboard/thread.php?topic_id=32656&page=1#366439
We don't know the amounts for you because we don't know the weights of your dogs (and even that will be just a rough guideline ... especially as you have one who is "chubby"). But the proportions will be as described in that post.
BTW, I hope you will start another thread about the dog with yeast and bacterial skin infections. A change in diet is not going to fix this alone, once either one has a good toehold. (A fresh raw diet is great support, IMO, and certainly what I would give, but it's not likely to be enough.) I would also be watching this dog's ears everyday, looking inside with a flashlight to catch any inflammation or debris the minute it starts. That can be detailed in a thread about the skin yeast and bacteria.

I was giving havanna pig´s femur in addition....
Im giving like 1,43 lb to sookie and 1,15 lb to havanna total from the chicken backs (,88lb aprox) and the rest on the meatless breast, and the chicken foot. Yesterday had a bit of liver and heart, but a tiny pice... aboy the size of a cherry.
I plan to balance the food in 3 days this recepie of chicken, 2 or 3 days of heart, lungs and trachea of the beef and the rest in "fresh"(i will freeze the fish for about 10 days or so because of the parasites and stuff ) fish. I can get the head for a buck the kg (2,2 lbs), and some complete fish at 2 bucks the kg. What do you think?
