I like the title of the thread. So much of what I have seen here is really training the owner. Dogs do what dogs do. We come here to get an education so we can work with what dogs do- good or bad. The good stuff we encourage; the bad we mitigate, redirect or compensate for.
You are serving the community admirably Mr. S. I salute you.

You are so calm and relaxed with your dogs in the videos I've seen that the dogs of India will benefit from your offering "people" training. I think the poster is eyecatching. Good luck on your new venture!
