I will be for sure but I think its more that's where she goes when shes feeling bad. Theres too many other dogs who go in there without incident and for it to happen twice so far apart I cant imagine its something in there.

You can buy a basic blood sugar monitor for around $30. They sell them cheap because the test strips are where they make their money. There's a lot of very good info out there from dedicated folks with diabetic dogs about monitoring and testing.

Check to be sure that her gums are nice and pink.
Bloody diarrhea is not in any way normal, not benign, unless it is just a little bitty streak of blood, as might be caused by straining.
I have seen dogs with severe parasite problems collapse from anaemia. Pups with hookworm+fleas can die from parasites, essentially bled out.

The vet said it was not diabetes. Would hypoglycemia be something to consider? Would that show up on a blood test? Coz after first incident she had a second set of blood work and all was normal.
gums are pink, I imagine the diarrhea today is from the soup and water I gave her yesterday. Gunna feed her raw the next couple days and see if that helps. Would holding in poop cause diarrhea? We had close to flooding conditions, our yard was a lake and we think she maybe held it a couple days but cant be sure as we never thought to follow her out and check. It is not straight liquid but close and droplets of blood at the end, bright red. If it doesn't improve she will go to vet but I don't think its related to the weakness yesterday as when it happened before there was no diarrhea.
Thanks for your responses.

I have only seen hypoglycemia in hunting dogs, cold and wet, and in baby puppies recently placed in a new home, essentially "played out". Both cases respond rapidly to warming and a good meal, and after sleeping are completely normal.
My sense is that this might be something else.

well she was cold and wet both times.... I dk what to even ask for at the vet or how to begin to figure it out. She is a highly excited and high energy dog. We have to enfore breaks or she would swim after her toy forever. She will vibrate for her toy even when shes not cold though. Both times after food and or fluids she was back to normal. The vet did an xray I think or something and was like oh we shoulda done that when she was all tired and out. Also he didn't believe she had issues in the crate coz she was being so calm, I didn't want to send her to emerg overnight as a result of this. When he took her out for me to take home, she ripped the leash from his hand and ran down the hall to see me..so back to normal lol.

Well, perhaps it is hypoglycemia.
If you have some hi energy snacks for her you should be able to prevent these episodes.
Checking hunting dog websites might give you clues what folks use. English pointers were particularily susceptible, in my limited ( and a long long time ago) experience.

So is the blood a part of the main diarrhea or just some droplets at the end? I've seen the droplets at the end when a dog has rocket butt for more than a few days and things get a little irritated down there. I don't think I'd do raw in a dog having gut issues. Overcooked soupy rice, boiled with the fat skimmed off chicken, eggs, and pumpkin is about all I'd normally attempt until the gut settled down. Not sure about a dog prone to hypoglycemia though. I wouldn't be shy about really frequent meals.
Found a paper that does a good job of explaining the various causes of hypoglycemia.
http://www.wvc.org/images/session_notes_2013/2013_SA118.pdf
From the section on Insulinomas: "The clinical signs are typically episodic, since the effects of insulin on blood glucose are partially opposed by the action of diabetogenic hormones such as glucagon, cortisol, epinephrine and growth hormone."
I hope that isn't it and your dog just needs a lunch. If your vet tested for serum insulin and it was low when her glucose was low looks like you're cleared for it.
