I too have always problems hitting the right key on my new cellphone with touchscreen. My eyes are getting worse, my glasses too. But the doctor said, i need no new glasses, I only have to clean them!!!

One thing more.
If a dog has to many toys, etc it can add to the difficulty in teaching them not to be chewing on other things.

My dogs have no toys at all. More exactly, rthey have quite a lot, but can only use them during training sessions and when I'm playing with them. The pits are great chewers, they have a kong in their kennels as passtime. Is this wrong too?
The other two are not interested in chewing.

Ok as long as the dogs stay driven for the toys you use for training.
At the same time having the Kong all the time can create possessiveness toward it.
With a good out on those kongs they can be an excellent reward.
Trooper doesn't come to the back door without his Kong in his mouth, begging for me to toss it or have him work for it.
Again, a solid, consistent out with the Kong is required.

Yes they do stay driven. I don't use the toys as reward, this dooesn't work as they are awfully food driven. I use toys mostly for a retrieve, hide and seek and in order to make them follow my eyes and touch the toy I'm looking at
I also throw them up in the air in the hope they'll jump and catch them. This doesn't work very well until now. I don't know if it simply needs more training or if I toss bad.
The pits are not possessive towards the kongs. I can take it out of their mouth without them resisting. Same with other items, also with the food bowl (which I do only occasionally, to let them know it's MINE. You see I am the possessive one)
Great idea to use the out for the kongs too. I only used it when tugging until now. Socks and Bruxinha out very well, I will try it with them with the kong too. Slippie and Charlie don't tug at all. So they don't know the out.
I love your Trooper. Funny guy!

How about with one another when one has the Kong?
Food driven is fine.

He is doing great with house breaking, and he burns a ton of energy on his toys, since it is way too cold for walks (-37c with -49c wc) but is skipping meals. He is on blue buffalo mixed with the purina we are weaning him off of, but refused his breakie and half his lunch and supper. I have a bag of nutro as backup til I can find a better brand, he is eating less than 2 cups a day, but. I am not super worried as he is teething, peeing and pooping properly.
The grooming is a whole different ballgame. I am going to put carpet on the grooming table, and see how that goes. He is a devil, and barks, helps and wiggled through the whole process. Ad soon as he quiets I count to 5 and release him, but face and underside are going to require a ton of training. I am not even going to attempt ear plucking until we get the basics of grooming. Having the kids home for holidays is throwing him off, but it's better for training now than when he is bigger!
He is on day 3 of refusing some meals. Should I worry?
