Since you're one of my FAVE fellow boardies, Bob, you get a pass on that -- But otherwise, this would be a BIG deal-breaker for me in a housemate, LOL ... I cudda saved myself a LOT of trouble-Trouble-TROUBLE in my earlier life, if I'd paid Attention to that RED FLAG and never married my Ex-Husband in the first place (OY) !!!
