Gosh! I'm full of goosebumps while reading from all the wild animals you meet in your yards, Becky and Kelly. Wolfs! I would not leave the house, Bears! I'd stay at home behind locked doors. Badgers I already met in florests in Switzerland. I found them sweet, they seemed to be shy, nonetheless a bit curious. I had no idea they could be so aggressive. And cougers, unimaginable, I have only seen some in the zoo until now. For heavens sake, how do you manage to live like this? Always with a rifle in your hand? Glad you're still alive! Aren't you scared each time you go outside?
Good to hear, Kelly, you're doing so well with your hips. Must be a great relief after all you've gone through.
Wish you both, your dogs and all your loved ones lots of courage and further on good luck in your wilderness!

Christina, you eventually get used to it up here, always keeping ears open and a swivel neck lol.
Flight has been cancelled yesterday, sat there all afternoon today only to be cancelled again, so back there tmrw to try again, lucky she made arrangements for him to stay with a friend until Monday.
