Ed, will most of the Flinks seminars that you host in the future be at Leerburg then?
BTW Deanna, I've got this pretty pink clicker that has a pink necklace it attaches to that I was SOOOOOOO close to sending Ed as an X-mas present this last year. . .but I don't think he would have found it nearly as funny as I would have.

Remember Cindy... I am very good at retrieving beers so long as you trade me the opener for a beer!
If I moved there I would have to use a clicker just to annoy Ed though. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> I even have a couple courtesy of the NC highway patrol... "click it or ticket" is printed on them! (my dad had a bunch in his truck and didn't know what they were <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" /> )
sure we can find you a place to live....when you are here in July for the seminar plan on staying a few extra days to go house hunting!
.....and how could i forget your retrieve?? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />
Send that clicker to me, I will try it with the male Xando/Katie pup I am raising... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
Cindy got me started in Schutzhund and look what a good dog trainer I turned out to be <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

Well, why can't all of you guys just move here to NY!! That would really be the best idea, there are LOTS of people here dying for good training to be readily available!!
And NY does have 4 nice seasons...... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
No one ever said life was supposed to be easy, life is what you make of it!!
Come to So. California.... we do away with the four seasons and just have good weather all of the time. Of course the ground does shake occasionally and there are a bunch of strange people. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />
I live in Minneapolis so the commute on a Sunday is not inconceivable. My husband has been very interested in Schutzhund for awhile but neither of us have experience with it. That leaves the question of whether my dog is suited for the sport. I don't know whether he is or not. He was poorly socialized before I got him at 17 weeks, but on the other hand he is from German working lines and sometimes his calmness in a new situation amazes me. He definitely has prey drive. I didn't deliberately develop it, but have ended up playing lots "get it" games to keep him entertained. Any input on how to judge if he is suitable?
