Kevin-man that is strange and very bad to hear. It doesn't matter what you are selling or what business you are in one bad transaction can really hurt a business. I can see how it would be tough for a small operater(like myself) to have to eat a big loss. Replacing a dog on my own with no compensation from the seller I got the dog from would put my month in the red...heck maybe two months. But I would think somebody who has a large operation on two continents with tons of dogs passing through their hands and a bunch of employees would handle it asap. Especially considering that Josef is an International Conformation judge for rotts and I think a working judge also. It would seem that replacing one Green Police dog if thats what it was would be just a drop in the bucket for them. I bet now they wish they could have had a piece of those other couple hundred dogs you have purchased since.
