Learned one very valuable lesson reguarding large quantities of coffee on the road.
Do not, I repeat, Do NOT, under any circumstance drink a 24 oz coffee when headed into a major city at rush hour.
I sat in traffic in Chicago for over an hour in misery. Then when I did finally get to an exit, no freaking bathroom at the first gas station.... Second one the clerk told me there wasn't in an attempt to be funny (my normally blue eyes were green at this point) I almost climbed over the counter after him... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />
LOL Deanna, I learned a simmilar lesson while diving, It is important to keep hydrated before during and after any dive to allow the proper off gassing to occur, of course I drank a quart of water before an extended deco dive and found that 150 feet with 30 min of deco to go is not a good time to have to go in a dry suit without a P-valve or some depends on hand! With a 12 pound weight belt pressing your bladder, all I can say is I had to wash out my suit extra good that afternoon.....Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
