Erato, I would agree with all the rest and tell you to concentrate on one issue at a time. Do not let this dog play with the other dogs or interact with them at all. Not until you can resolve this.
The other thing...you mentioned that he was 7 months old and stopped playing...could it be due to teething? When their teeth fall out they tend to hurt, so some pups will stop playing and biting at this time.
