Not a SURPRISE exactly.....just outright DISBELIEF that it was so blatant...and when I was told the guy was 'working dog friendly'
he was Hooters friendly though
Lee, you're too much like VC...need to learn to tell us how you REALLY feel... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
Thanks a lot, everybody for the input! I'm going to talk to a K-9 police officer who got his dog from a Kennel at the Western side of Ohio near Indiana, I think it is owned by Al Gill. I checked out his site but it seems to be more focused on working dogs. Again, thanks for all your informative input.
Being "Hooters" friendly is a bad thing??? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
John, ya got a whole forum full of breeders of GREAT dogs. Most working litters will have dogs suited for exactly what you need. Trust in the people here.
The person from the West Coast who encouraged me to show under this guy told me his favorite restaurant was Hooters <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />
And well endowed handlers in tank tops definitely got a bit more ..... attention
Unfortunately, I had a guy in the ring running my dogs as I got the info AFTER the show! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I always enjoyed watching good "movement" in the ring. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> Front and rear! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
Bob from what I hear and see it doesn't have to be moving for you to like it <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> .
There are bad breeders out there everywhere. Extreme in sport as well as conformation. Working on one part more than another is not always a good thing. Check out breeders that pay attention to health in body and mind. A dog is structured in ways for a reason and to change that is to sometimes mess with health. A dog that is structured correctly also needs to have a healthy mind to function correctly. Just be very aware that you can't have one without the other if you want a well rounded dog.
