mmm.cross species..Not between animals and humans lol There have been many great racehorses born and the mare died at birth..Thank God for Goats milk..and the antibodies within that milk.
Poor pup. It'll be malnourished if it draws a significant amount of milk from her for human milk is nutrient-poor compared to canine milk. It's one of the reasons babies wake so often -- they need to suckle frequently to get their daily requirements.
Goat's milk isn't rich enough for dogs (or cats) either but it's better than human milk. It is however, excellent for most other herbivores.
I still have memories of babies and their HUMAN teeth but PUPPY teeth. Owwwwwwwwww.
Maybe pups don't try to bite you and cut there eyes to you innocently. Both my human kids tried that 2 or 3 times but the dramatic owwwwww and dirty look worked for them..........just think how that would go with a working lines shepherd <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
