USA has a DPOI and a DPOII, for what ever reason their DPOII is the WPO (!?). What I will send you is a very very thourough set of rules the translation of which was approved by the Chairman of the ICPSD (the German governing body for the police dogs essentially). It is important to know that in Germany the SV or DVG doesn't offer these titles although they do recognize the titles given by the police. Unlike schh where the rules governing comes through the VDH the police rules are governed by the police.
It is very unusual that USA offers these titles as if they were sport titles, since DPO's are essentially a certificate to do police work when done in accordance with a German Police officers jurisdictional administrations. Just like those of us in law enforcement here get a certificate after successfully completing an educational program for say accident investigation or intoxylizer use.
