There's a biiiiig range between prey model and Billinghurst.
So... there are good reasons for my not feeding brains and eyeballs, but I do feed fish oil and vitamin E to compensate for the lost Omega 3s and E. I don't feed the prey's intestines, but I do feed what I consider to be a close cousin to partly-digested produce.
OTOH, there are plenty of people who have read the same books I have and concluded that in a prey-plentiful world, wild canids would not bother with berries, young greens, and the kill's intestines.
Me -- I lean toward not wanting to exclude anything that the wild canid ever eats on his own. For me, that means small amounts of young (or processed-by-me) produce and some low-sugar berries and ripe fruits.
