I haven't heard from Anita but I will give her a holler.
"ANITA, CAN YOU MAKE IT?" LOL
Hey! I'm only deaf in one ear, so you only have to ShOuT aT HaLf VoLuMe
Ewww... Not sure yet about the 20th. Have to check on another pending commitment. Will let you know. Figures. First I can't find any group at all to train with, then I wind up having to juggle groups. I really want to try Col's field, too. Great idea getting around to different locations. What to do, what to do....
Is that your final answer Anita??
Hey Art Betty is bringing Doc, so get ready to do the old German HISS and work the fighting drive. I know he will remember you for sure after that. I think he will do more then just look at you the next time her see's you!
No, but I really do have a tentative prior commitment. Will know in a few days if it will in fact come off. That should be an equally valuable session, and I already said yes if it can happen, so I don't want to go the "prom" with someone else after already having accepted . So put me down as a probable no but possible yes.
Ok Anita I guess we will have to wait to see if you come. Hope you make it.
Art, I hear Doc is ready for you again. After last Sunday I think he likes you. This dog folks has a super grip and and is pretty fast. I think Betty is going to have a lot of fun trialing this guy; she is really doing a good job at handling such a strong dog. It is not often you see a dog with this type of fighting drive. I just wanted to thank Betty again for putting these training days together; we had a lot of fun last time and had some really nice people out there. Will took the lead with ob and got some great stuff done in the hrs we did ob. I know a few people that came away knowing more about Will's ability with new folks and young puppies then they did before. I can't wait to see the progress they have made! I know Art picked up some things from Will that has changed the way he does some things in ob forever. I have been to a few Schutzhund gatherings and this is one of the best. If anyone can make it you will be happy that you did.
Since my dog is actually taller than I am, Will gave me some really good advice. I believe he called it "Hook & Ladder Heeling" which is what happens when you have a moose of a dog like mine. So now, I just put the food right under my own chin and he heels really good now when we do OB. I had the food too low before and it was just no good.
I think my puppy got injected with some very strong Czech Olympics steroids before he was shipped to me.............Ridiculous Big and Strong.
I cannot wait to tap into the fight drive on Doc!! Betty, Puuuuleze wear your CLEATS with this dog as he will eat all of us on your front lawn!! Doc dared me to give him stick hits the next time and not be such a pansy working him. I think the therapy is working, but dont take him off the meds just yet for his personality disorder.

Art your pup is so huge I'm pretty sure you live closer to they nuke plant in Crystal River then you will admit too. Remember, it's not really a good idea to take your pooch fishing when you can see the power plant.................
Will was snapping out the ob on everybody wasn't he? He's coming on the 20th so we should have another great ob session! Matter of fact so far Anita is the only party pooper......LOL
Poor Doc, boy gets a reputation just because he listens to protection work for four hours, comes out to find a crowd of people including 3 people that has been his decoy in his yard, and drags his handler across the yard via her butt.......
Don't worry about the cleats. After that humbling experience Doc and protection work now equals cleats and a prong!
He's a pussycat. Mike has him eating out of his hand! He's just a misunderstood pooch.........
