The one thing that stands out to me as something you can try (I only skimmed the previous posts, forgive me if this has already been said) is crating her casually while you are home. I know that with Jenga, this was one of the top three things I did that helped him become relaxed in the crate, because he stopped associating going in the crate with me leaving.
I also feed him in the crate, we play fetch and throw his toys in the crate, we taught him a "crate" command (in a positive way, so he had fun learning it!), and made sure he had something to do in there - things like that all made an enormous difference. And then one day, he just walked right in there and took a nap. I almost cried for joy.
He still wasn't totally in love with the crate for a while, but we kept up with the program and now, when he sees me pick up my keys, he goes and lays down in his crate automatically. It's wonderful.
It's hard work, but once you get there, what a relief!
