The only crucial addition (IMO) is the Omega 3s from marine sources plus the extra E used in processing the fish oil.
I do add Kelp, Alfalfa, Salmon Oil and Vitamin E to meals every other day and on the in-between days one raw egg. For my 14 year old Lab I also add Cranberry and a Probiotic because he had a UTI about a year ago.

I would use salmon oil every day. I would use a gram (1000 mg) per ten pounds of dog.
I would use 100-200 IU of E for smaller dogs and 200-400 IU for bigger dogs.
It has been only a blip in terms of nutritional anthropology that the prey diet canids take has changed to be so heavy in Omega 6s and so light in 3s. There was probably a time a couple of hundred years ago when 3-to-6 was about even. And even 100 years ago, it was probably 5-to-1 or so (6 to 3).
Now it's closer to zero on the long-chain 3s if the dog eats factory-farmed meats and poultry.
So I almost don't consider it a supplement. It's like replacing something narural and balanced that modern ag has taken away.
Over-simplified: Many 6s promote the formation of hormones that foster inflammation (a necessary healing response), and 3s promote the formation of hormones that keep inflammation under control.
Most systemic diseases are inflammation-based or have an inflammation component (diabetes, IBS/OBD, heart disease, arthritis, allergies, etc.).

I'll do it! Thank you for the advice!

I would consider liver, lungs, kidney, spleen, heart, tripe, pancreas, brains, eyes, tongue, etc. as organs. If it moves or makes something move I would call it a muscle.
Due respect, and no offense or anything, but from a strict anatomical perspective, a muscle is also an organ.
So is skin. And bone.

I treat the heart as muscle meat.....
I guess I have gone to the heart-as-muscle side too. I mean, it IS a muscle. It just seems so blood-rich that I used to treat it as organ meat. Plus it has taurine.
Kidneys and liver are luckily easily procured and between them, I have read, supply all the stuff that organ meat is needed for (except the green tripe, of course).... vitamins A, E, D, and K; minerals zinc, manganese, selenium and iron; all the B vitamins; vitamin C.

When I posted this I forgot to add the Vitamin C!

I don't do C unless a dog needs extra for some reason. OTOH, I do give some produce (C).
Dogs make their own C (unlike us), but MANY people believe that more is better for many reasons. I just haven't gotten there. Yet.

I was assuming that heart is muscle meat. OK to give daily? I've been adding about 2 oz of beef heart to her backs and necks to increase the muscle content. (she gets an approximate weight total of 10 oz per meal)
I know I need to add organ meat in there too; she does get some attached to the backs, but it's not much.
And what about chicken gizzards? They look very muscley. Is that what they are?

my 2 cents worth. I have been feeding raw for about 8 months now. Started with puppy Mal. Than added adult GSD and Doberman. All love it. I feed mostly chicken backs and necks but buy whatever we can get on sale. Just got a 3 lb package of split leg quarters for 23 cents a lb! I mix everything also. Did blood work on all and levels were all good. I think you can over think the process. If I can do it with sucess anyone can.I do weigh every meal. I am tight and don't want to give any extra as that cuts into what we save on deals. Sorry nothing to do with original post.
