well, to be honest, it's good too b/c i'm trying to get sources on wild game, thinking they'd be healthier in terms of antibiotics etc. i would never even know about something like tularemia.
i just thought i'd check about the farmed ones, since this thread literally came on the heel of me buying a couple. i might throw them in the freezer for a week just in case they have some parasite, but they're probably fine. my bunnies certainly don't have of that stuff, but i'm not sure of the differences in husbandry b/tw pet rabbits and meat rabbits. the freezer can't hurt.

I am in a small town and the smaller grocery stores carry it, so I would assume that any major supermarket would have them in the frozen section with the other seafood. If they do not, I would ask if they can order you a bag.
They are rather inexpensive for a 3 or 4 pound bag.
