Randy;
I would be careful in your obed, not throwing or tugging. Perhaps, using food as rewards. I also recommend a book, Canine Massage & Stretching
A Dog Owner's Manual

here at Leerburg. If you are working on heeling make sure and stretch those neck muscles to the left also.
Think mind games also to wear her out. I think tracking is especially good. Tobi had a severe neck injury, so I know what you are going thru. There is light at the end of the tunnel!
Thank goodness for chiropractic! Happy Training!
Interesting thread. I used to be into CB radios a way long time ago. I'm also a computer technician so I've been exposed to a lot of electronics knowledge (not as much has stuck but I learned it once). While it's improbable it isn't impossible that there could be some interference. Dogtra is a good quality collar and they most likely use filtering technology to reduce the chance of interference but if someone was using a non-FCC approved device such as a signal booster or a modification to approved equipment it's possible to get interference.
We live right on the approach to a county airport and often when an airplane flies directly over the house and the pilot is talking on the radio we can actually hear the transmission on our TV set. It's kind of funny to hear Dr. Phil suddenly acknowledge landing clearance.
If that were the case however there's very little chance it will happen again. Usually radio frequency bleed over is very random even in a situation like above where someone is using a modified device. It may bleed over onto the e-collar frequency but it's just as likely to affect someones TV or cell phone the next time. A lot has to do with atmospheric conditions and a lot of other things.
