I just wanted to add her crate time seems quite a bit.
Bruiser is 6 months old and having him in a crate that much would kill him.
And he is all of 9 pounds.
Also I still take bruiser out every hour.
You can get a pet cleaner called eco 88.
I had to do this to get bruiser to stop peeing in crate.

Maggie is now 8 months old, and still has the same problem.
We had the urinalysis done. Negative.
She has not pooped in the crate in some time. I'm observing that every time she pees in the crate, she has to poop when we take her outside. I'm not sure if the stress of having peed in the crate stimulates the need to poop, or if holding her poop is causing her to pee, or if she's peeing in the crate thinking that will trigger a trip outside so she can poo.

Spayed?
Wasn't sure if anyone touched on that, I only skimmed this thread.

Very recently. She had the problem before spaying and after.
We wanted to wait longer, but between contracts and family schedules, we couldn't really.

Is it full-on peeing or dribbling?
How often is it happening? Is it at night?

I'm going to assume that you crate her at night. If you do, so you let her drink water before crating?
I was having a problem with my 3 month old saint peeing in her crate and then barking her head off cause it made her uncomfortable. Now, she drinks a TON of water throughout the day. But at night we do not let her drink any water about 2 hours before she goes in her crate for the night. She does go outside to potty before she's crated, too.
Potty training puppies can be a pain in the butt. Taking them outside about 20 minutes(at the least) after they've had water is the best thing. And giving lots of praise and even good treats(hot dog, cheese, etc) doesn't hurt either. Maybe she needs to be let out more frequently.

After water, eating, and playing.... and yes, throw a party for good potty. For a while, I'd take the dog outside so often that there was no need for relief indoors and praise/mark/reward like mad for each success. The excellent things that happen for outdoor potty, coupled with reliable, frequent relief will help to break a habit that has now been set (unfortunately). I've acquired dogs with a habit, too, from living outdoors, or untreated UTIs, or other reasons, and it does take concerted effort to make a new habit.
But I would also mention that I have twice had shelter dogs with UTIs that did not show up when the first urinalysis was done. Was this a complete urinalysis (culture too)?

How often is it happening? Is it at night? Full-on peeing. Puddle about a foot in diameter, more pee under the rubber mat, pee everywhere in crate and on puppy if you don't get to it fast.
We'll go several weeks with no incident, then have several in a row. Usually not at night. More often during the day when she's awake. Sometimes in the early morning between when my alarm goes off and when I get dressed to take her out. (Even though her crate is downstairs, I know it was recent, as she just started barking while I dressed, and the puddle is not everywhere yet.)

I'm going to assume that you crate her at night. If you do, so you let her drink water before crating She does have access to a bottle in her crate but usually drinks from it sparingly. She drinks all you give her from a bowl, and we cut off bowl water a couple hours before bed.
Now that cooler weather is here, I could probably take the bottle out of her crate. We don't have AC, so I worry about the dogs having enough water when I'm not home.
How much water should a 100 lb, 8 month old puppy drink? (She eats a raw diet. Our other dog barely drinks, getting most of his water from the food.) I know I have to take her out 1, 2 and 4 hours after an unmoderated drink. I frequently give her a half a bowl (big bowl) when we come in, which she seems to be able to hold 4 hours. I count on her to signal real thirst by going after the crate bottle, but I need a better measure of hydration if we're going to take the crate bottle away.
This dog loves water so much, you can use it like a treat. When out on a run she will sit nicely and sip from a pop-top water bottle. I've thought about applying this to other training, but it's rather messy and cumbersome compared to dehydrated liver tidbits.
